Evoking a Portuguese old proverb, QuienVeCarasNoVeCorazones/Who see faces, does not see hearts (2008) is an illustrated artwork about the human condition. Reflecting on the unequal opportunities in a globalized and multicultural society, it uses Barcelona as a reference. The work critically examines the discrimination related to immigration and gender issues. The installation consists of 10 individually framed drawings, metaphorically representing women around the world. Materials used include gel pens and stamps. Dimensions: 100 cm x 150 cm
