A Experiência do Lugar/ The Experience of the Place, 2019
The work The Experience of Place expands the project DicionáriosDeArtista through the construction of dialogue spaces between the energy of the drawings that inhabit the artist’s books and residues of the artist own physical and emotional presence in the lived places. An invisible web of fragments of personal significance is made public in order to illuminate new understandings of the impermanence of identity, the inconsistency of tradition, and the power of reverie.
The installation was part of the Desarmonia Fluente exhibition with the artist Jorge Dias, held at Fortaleza de Maputo (Mozambique) in Jully/August 2019
